Support customers in configuring and optimising workflows to improve operational efficiency.
Train customer administrators and operational teams on effective use of the platform.
Help customers identify and overcome barriers to adoption and utilisation.

Support large-scale deployment activities, including assignment setup, communications, and workflow coordination where required.

Partner closely with Account Managers, Account Directors, and Clinical Advisors to support customer success objectives.
Monitor customer engagement and utilisation, escalating risks and opportunities where appropriate.
Deliver customer support both remotely and through occasional on-site visits.
