Afterschool Nanny in RM11, Job ID J22974
A lovely family based in Hornchurch is looking for a part-time after-school nanny to care for their toddler. They are looking for someone experienced and proactive, happy to do school runs and support the children's well-being, safety and development. A French speaker would be a bonus.
First Aid qualification is required for this role.
Working hours: Monday, Tuesday, Friday 3pm-4pm
Wednesday and Thursday 8am-9am, afternoon 3pm-5:30pm
Duties include:
- Collecting both child from school and supporting their after-school routine
- Preparing healthy meals and snacks tailored to the child
- Ensuring child's spaces are clean, tidy and well-organised
- Engaging the child in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park
- Providing homework assistance and supporting the child’s educational growth
- Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support the child's structure and development
The family is looking for someone to start on 21 September 2026.
