Brand Management Assistant

Position Overview
The Brand Management Assistant will support the Coordinator with information gathering on Wholesale corners and assisting the corners with their day-to-day needs, while acting as an Ambassador for Ralph Lauren and his brands.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Key Accounts, Corner Managers and merchandise coordinators to communicate staffing.
- Maintaining and updating records of both staffing and account contacts.
- Understanding PRL commercial, sales objectives, recording and monitoring sales of corners with vacancies.
- Building relationships to ensure that our Accounts are covering and communicating vacancies with additional staff.
- Build relationship with funded staff members raising any critical issues which need to be escalated to the Retail Manager.
- Assist with PRL and Lauren seasonal training seminar events for funded staff. Helping with the coordination and management during the event and set up.
- Assisting with uniform ordering and roll out and ensuring that the right uniform is ordered and delivered, prioritising key accounts.
- Managing the incentive pay outs and ensuring they are issued in a timely manner.

- Travel may be required
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- A self-starter who can self-manage well under pressure and at times with little direction
- Professional, presentable and proactive in responses
- Strong communicator
- Presentation skills- both in person and virtually
- Creative flair with attention to detail and highly organised
- Entrepreneurial spirit and approach to work with the ability to adapt and deal with fast-paced and changing environments
- Excellent communication & Organisational skills
- Strong computer skills: Excel, PowerPointPoint and Outlook
