Chef de Partie
* Working as part of a team within the fine dining and hospitality kitchen
* Cooking from fresh ingredients and produce
* Assisting with stock take and ordering
* Supporting with training commis chefs Working hours are Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week with paid overtime (2-3 evenings per week) Benefits include:

* An experienced and motivated Chef de Partie with a proven work history
* PASSION! About food and ingredients as well as what you do
* Hotel or restaurant background essential - ideally within a premium or fine-dining setting
* Experience in a high standard, food driven, fast paced kitchen
* Ability to work well within a team as well as use initiative
* Good communication and organizational skills with an eye for detail
