The Product team
The Product team shapes the experiences that power Lumon. We turn complex problems into simple, scalable solutions - working closely with sales & dealing, operations and the engineering team to build features our customers love.
In a nutshell,
We have an exciting opportunity for a delivery focused Product person to join our Product team. As a Product Owner, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders - such as traders, sales, risk managers, operations, and technology teams, ensuring product requirements are clear, aligned with strategic goals, and compliant with regulatory standards.
The role involves maintaining a well-defined backlog, shaping the product roadmap, analysing market and client needs, and making data-driven decisions to optimize platform performance and client experience.

Your day to day will be the following…
Define, refine, and prioritise product requirements aligned with business and customer needs.
Maintain a clear, organised, and continuously updated product backlog.
Make informed decisions about scope, trade-offs, and priorities throughout development cycles.
Partner closely with engineering in an Agile environment.
Serve as the development team’s day-to-day point of contact for all product-related questions.
Analyse customer feedback and identify opportunities for enhancements or new features
Incorporate insights into iterative product improvements and future roadmap planning.
You should apply if...
Experience working with a high-growth tech company or in finance-related business areas (acquiring, payments, trading, etc.)
Experience working on technical products (platforms, distributed systems, data science, machine learning, computer vision, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to present ideas, create documentation, and engage stakeholders.
Strong product sense and intuition for user needs and pain points
Ability to confidently liaise between engineering teams and internal/external business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity
Ability to break down complex problems and align teams around clear goals
Data-driven mindset - comfortable making decisions based on qualitative and quantitative inputs
Adaptability to shifting priorities, eagerness to take on challenges, and a continuous learning mindset

Our interview process involves 3 main stages. We promise not to ask you any brain teasers or trick questions!
Up to 30 minute with our talent team (Call/video)
30 minute call with our hiring manager (Video)
1-hour onsite interview to meet the hiring manager/team
