We are now seeking an Assistant Manager who thrives on the floor, leads with confidence and care, and takes genuine pride in creating memorable guest experiences.

In this role, you will support the day-to-day running of GSQ, inspire and develop the team, and work closely with senior leadership to ensure service standards are delivered consistently and beautifully. You will be hands-on, guest-focused, commercially aware, and passionate about nurturing a positive, high-performing team culture.
