Corporate Finance Partner, Transaction Services
Are you an ambitious and driven professional with a proven track record in transaction services and business development? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join a prestigious top 10 accountancy firm as a Partner in the Transaction Services team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in driving the growth and success of the firm while utilising your expertise in transaction services.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of transaction services professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to identify and win new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with other partners and teams within the firm to leverage cross-selling opportunities and maximise client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments, identifying potential areas for growth and innovation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic insights and recommendations to support their business objectives.
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with extensive experience in TS
- Proven track record in business development, with the ability to identify and win new clients and projects.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to think creatively and identify opportunities for growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
