Senior Receptionist - Islington | Independent Secondary
We are working with a leading independent school in Islington recruiting for a Senior Receptionist. This role is suited to an experienced professional looking to work in a fast-paced, high-attaining academic setting.
The Role You will oversee the daily operations of the school’s main reception and provide executive support to the Senior Management Team. The role requires a high degree of discretion and organizational ability. Key responsibilities include:
Leading the reception team to ensure a consistent, world-class visitor experience
Managing the school's room bookings and external venue lettings
Acting as a liaison between the school and external stakeholders, including the Board of Governors
Overseeing the school’s digital signage and internal communication displays
Assisting with the administrative coordination of graduation ceremonies and prize givings
