Location: London

Role Type: Permanent, Full Time

About Relevent Football Partners

Relevent Football Partners (RFP) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Relevent, purpose-built to commercialise the UEFA men’s club competitions globally. An independent entity, RFP is tasked with providing UC3 — the joint venture between UEFA and European Football Clubs (EFC) — strategic and sales support in the worldwide marketing and sale of media, sponsorship, and licensing rights for the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, UEFA Conference League, UEFA Super Cup, UEFA Youth League, and the UEFA Futsal Champions League.

Following the UC3 tender process, Relevent Football Partners was awarded the commercial rights to the UEFA men’s club competitions (Champions League, Europa League and Conference League) on a global basis for the 2027 to 2033 cycle.

As such, Relevent Football Partners is now seeking to build a truly world class business focused on the monetisation of these commercial rights.

Position Summary

The Production Services Lead is a pivotal role within the Relevent Football Partners Media Rights team. As part of the integrated Production Services and Matchweek Operations team, the role is responsible for leading the development and delivery of production, technical, and operational services that maximise the value of UEFA Men's Club Competitions media rights.

Working closely with UEFA, UC3, media partners, and supplier organisations, the Production Services Lead plays a critical role in ensuring media partners receive best-in-class support, services, and operational expertise throughout the competition cycle, helping them deliver exceptional coverage and content to audiences worldwide.

This is a unique opportunity to influence the future delivery of media services across one of the world's most prestigious football properties, driving innovation, service excellence, and partner value across the UEFA Men's Club Competitions portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the development, delivery, and continuous evolution of production and technical services supporting UEFA Men's Club Competitions media partners.

· Ensure media partners have access to the services, tools, and operational support required to maximise the value of their media rights.

· Collaborate with UEFA, UC3, broadcasters, production partners, technology vendors, and service providers to deliver high-quality support, production and technical solutions.

· Oversee the delivery of production, technical, and digital services across content distribution, broadcast workflows, media partner support, and emerging service offerings.

· Drive the development of innovative production, technical, and digital service offerings to meet evolving media partner and rights-holder requirements.

· Lead media partner engagement activities, including onboarding, workshops, service demonstrations, and operational briefings.

· Work closely with the Matchweek & Broadcast Operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence across the rights cycle.

· Provide team leadership and subject matter expertise across Production Services, contributing to strategic planning, service development, and cross-functional projects.

Key Experience

· Significant experience delivering production, broadcast, and media services for major live sporting events, ideally within football or other premium sports properties.

· Deep knowledge of live production workflows and broadcast technologies, including IP distribution, live streaming, remote production, cloud-enabled solutions, and multi-platform content delivery.

· Demonstrated success in leading complex operational programmes and driving service innovation within fast-paced, high-profile environments.

· A track record of working within international rights holder, broadcaster, media agency, federation, or production services environments, collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups.

· Understanding of UEFA competitions and stakeholder ecosystems is desirable, with knowledge of UEFA systems (FAME, BBS, Information Centre, IGM and HIVE) considered an advantage.

Skills and Attributes

· Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.

· Partner-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to media partners.

· Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across multiple organisations and seniority levels.

· Commercially aware, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

· High emotional intelligence, sound judgement, and adaptability.

· International mindset with experience working across multiple cultures, territories, and stakeholder groups.

· Proactive, organised, and results-driven approach.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.

· Willingness and ability to travel internationally.

· Fluent English essential; additional languages desirable.
