Office Manager | Westminster (Inner London)
We are excited to be working with a prestigious Independent school in Westminster to recruit a high-calibre and strategic Office Manager. This full-time, permanent position is available for an immediate start and offers a fantastic opportunity to lead a successful administrative team. We are looking for an individual who can act as the professional face of the school while ensuring the "engine room" of the institution runs with consistently outstanding quality and precision.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the school’s administrative faculty to maintain an outstanding quality of service
Oversee daily operations, including admissions, school communications, and front-of-house
Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure high standards of professional conduct
Implement creative and efficient systems to enhance the school’s administrative productivity
Act as a professional liaison for parents, governors, and external stakeholders
Qualifications and Experience
Proven experience in office management (school experience is highly desirable)
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse support team
Proficiency in school management systems (SIMS, Arbor, or similar)
Must have the right to work in the UK
