Application Support Analyst
- Provide technical support for applications used within the financial services sector.
- Monitor and maintain system performance, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the technology team to implement software updates and enhancements.
- Document and escalate complex incidents to ensure timely resolution.
- Assist in the development of user guides and training materials for system users.
- Conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors for application-related matters.
