A small and high performing Primary school formed as part of a successful academy trust in Enfield are seeking a full time Attendance Officer, to begin immediately.

Key factors of the role include, but are not limited to:

Be the professional ‘first point of contact’ in the school office for parents and external agencies
Managing and overseeing attendance , and having a prior knowledge of the processes and procedures surrounding this
Be able to run attendance-related reports , and communicate effectively with parents
Have a sound knowledge of safeguarding children and young people
The school can be easily accessed via both Edmonton Green and Ponders End stations

Working hours are (Apply online only) 5 days per week (one of these days will be a 10-5 shift)

Requirements

The desired Attendance Officer will have;

- A fully enhanced DBS check registered to the update service

- A background in Attendance

- School office experience
