We’re a fast-moving, fast-growing creative production company with an audience of 21 million+ followers and we create new exciting content every week. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Producer who is organised and super passionate about helping to make content that will blow our audience away.

We’re looking for a candidate who loves the social space (Youtube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) and wants to be a part of a buzzy, vibrant team who are all driven by creating incredible content! We are a collaborative company, so everyone is involved in the brainstorming/ idea creation process and we would love to have a like-minded individual join our team and be part of this.

What You’ll Do:

• Storytelling Sorcery: Collaborate with our creative wizards to brainstorm and develop compelling narratives that align with brand objectives.
• Production Prowess: Assist in all stages of production, from pre-production planning to on-set coordination and post-production magic.
• Content Crafting: Help shape and polish content across various platforms, ensuring it's engaging, shareable, and on-brand.
• Team Taming: Work with a team of Producers, Editors, Videographers, and VFX artists, ensuring everyone’s in sync and projects run smoothly.
• Trend Tracking: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest trends in media, marketing, and digital storytelling.
• Multitasking Mastery: Juggle multiple projects with finesse, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is never compromised.
• Budget Boss: Track production costs and manage budgets to ensure projects stay financially on track without compromising on creativity.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience as an Assistant Producer or similar is a big plus, but a killer portfolio and a can-do attitude can make up for it.
• Education: A degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Skills: Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Driver Extraordinaire: Possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
