Sales Negotiator – Chelsea Bridge

Salary - £25,000 - £30,000, OTE £60,000 - £70,000 (Uncapped)

Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm, 1 Saturday per month (Day off in Lieu) 5 day working week

Our client based in Chelsea is looking for an energetic and professional Sales Negotiator with a minimum of 2 year’s experience to join their busy team.

You will be responsible for helping to drive the sales department forward and bringing new ideas to the table working with a great team of Negotiators, in a role where you will need to hit the ground running, your ambition and determination will make you stand out for this fantastic role.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

* Registering new buyer enquiries and converting them to viewings

* Contacting buyers and arranging property viewings

* Conducting property viewings and encouraging offers & entering negotiations

* Providing viewing feedback to vendor clients

* Selling of services to new and existing clients

Skills required for the job

* Experience within residential sales or new homes market, preferably within the area

* A sense of urgency for goal achievement

* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

* Confident and enthusiastic communication style

* Self-starting with the desire to succeed

* Ability to build and maintain relationships quickly

* Negotiation skills

* Good IT literacy skills
