A growing architectural practice in Central London is seeking a talented Project Architect to lead high-quality residential projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of design-led work and contribute to a collaborative, creative team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead residential projects through all RIBA stages
  • Produce high-resolution detailing and manage on-site delivery
  • Liaise directly with clients and consultants
  • Oversee contract administration and project coordination

Â

Skills:

  • ARB-registered with 3+ years post-Part 3 experience
  • Strong design and technical skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup anf Adobe Suite
  • Proven experience in domestic residential architecture
  • Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • The right to live and work in the UK
