Research & Insight Director - Media & Advertising

The Role:-

In this role, you will be leading the team and overseeing all research projects within the advertising and effectiveness space. You will be responsible for leading on client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality research and insights. You will have the opportunity to work across multi-channel platforms including digital and social.

Key Duties Include:-

• Leading on and finalising proposals and pitches to secure new business
• Establishing strong working relationships with your clients to encourage repeat business and the smooth running of projects
• Overseeing the team on a day-to-day basis to ensure that projects are on track
• Adding value to reports and presentations
• Managing and mentoring the team, to help with their growth and development

The Candidate:-

The successful candidate will have a proven track record and experience working within advertising effectiveness and media research, with a genuine passion and enthusiasm for the area.

You will have strong proposal writing and pitching skills to secure new business.

You will be a strategic thinker - able to think outside the box and provide actionable insights that will help clients to shape their strategies.

Strong reporting and presenting skills, as well as experience managing a team is required for this role.
