Behaviour mentor - Newham
Implement behaviour management strategies tailored to individual students.
Work alongside teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff to ensure the best outcomes for the children.
Provide emotional support to children, encouraging resilience, confidence, and positive behaviour.
Monitor and track progress, providing feedback to staff and parents.
Participate in relevant training and development opportunities.Key Requirements: Experience working with children with SEMH or behavioural needs is desirable but not essential.
A strong commitment to working with children and helping them to overcome challenges.
A compassionate and patient approach, with the ability to build positive relationships with children.
Willingness to undertake training and professional development as provided by TimePlan Education.
Good communication and teamwork skills
