Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented  Project Manager  to oversee company and client projects from initiation through delivery. The role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes for both internal initiatives and external client implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create scope documentation for localisation and functional enhancements.
• Manage and maintain issue and request logs to ensure timely resolution and tracking.
• Manage company internal projects , coordinating with head office as necessary, including projects related to payment gateways and API integrations .
• Project manage new client installations , ensuring smooth onboarding and delivery.
• Provide support and assistance for major international projects as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in a technology, ticketing, or SaaS environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with API integrations, payment systems, and SaaS platforms is a strong advantage.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) is a plus.
