🎯 Role: Immigration Case Worker

We’re growing fast, and with that growth comes the need for more sharp, detail-oriented professionals to help power our mission. As an Immigration Caseworker , you’ll play a key role in supporting our Immigration Experts by managing core casework that ensures efficient, high-quality visa submissions and sponsorship applications.

You’ll be part of a high-performing team and work cross-functionally with CSMs, Ops, Support, and Product to keep our customer journeys seamless and compliant.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver accurate and efficient casework for immigration submissions
• Ensure high standards in application quality and turnaround time
• Track submission metrics such as approvals vs. rejections
• Use internal systems like the Borderless platform, Intercom, Google Sheets, and G-Suite
• Collaborate with key teams across the business to resolve blockers and improve workflows

• Experience in immigration casework, legal support, or similar fields

🎓 Career Development

We’ll support your journey toward IAA / OISC accreditation , with on-the-job training, peer support, and a clear pathway toward roles such as Senior Case Worker , Immigration Expert , or Specialist Casework roles . You'll also benefit from our L&D budget and structured performance reviews.

🧪 Interview Process

1. 30 min screening call with Talent
2. 45 min interview with Immigration Lead
3. 45 mins interview with Ops Lead
4. Final interview with the team and hiring manager
