Driver Afternoon Nanny, Job ID J1EEC9
This lovely family based in Winchmore Hill, London, is seeking an After-school Nanny to care for their two school-aged children. The role includes all general nanny duties. This permanent role requires the Nanny to work full-time during school holidays (approximately 18 weeks per year) and part-time during term time, with the family happy to offer a pro-rata annual salary. A driver is required. The candidate must speak English to a native level. A valid first-aid qualification is essential for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 3:30 pm to 6 pm
Duties include:
- Picking the children up from school and transporting them to and from after-school activities, playdates, or appointments
- Actively supervising homework and providing academic support
- Ensuring the children’s safety, well-being, and overall development
- Engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park
- Assisting with the bedtime routine and putting the children to bed
- Encouraging early literacy by reading books together
- Supporting the children’s educational growth through homework assistance and learning activities
- Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to promote structure and development
- Keeping the children’s bedroom and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
- Preparing and serving healthy and nutritious meals and snacks
