We’re recruiting a Media Buying Team Lead for a digital marketing agency with a growing media team. You’ll built and lead a team of Media Buyers and take ownership of acquisition performance across affiliate and comparison site campaigns, paid social, mobile apps and emerging channels.What you’ll do
Lead and develop the Media Buyers, setting clear priorities and helping the team meet monthly spend and revenue targets.
Plan and optimise campaigns across paid social, programmatic, mobile/app and direct media channels.
Scale affiliate and comparison site campaigns from strategy and creative development through launch, testing and optimisation.
Manage budgets across platforms and markets against ROI and ROAS targets.
Build relationships with media partners, evaluate new DSPs and traffic sources, and work closely with internal teams.
Use campaign data, A/B testing and creative iteration to identify opportunities for growth.
Oversee mobile app acquisition, including installs, in-app events, attribution and native ad formats.
Navigate platform certification, whitelisting and advertising requirements in regulated markets.
What we’re looking forAt least 4 years’ experience in media buying, including affiliate or comparison site traffic.
Previous in-house experience at an affiliate business.
At least 2 years’ experience leading or managing a team.
Hands-on paid social experience across platforms such as Meta, Snapchat, X, Reddit and Telegram.
Experience in a regulated sector such as iGaming, sports betting or crypto, including platform compliance and certification.
Practical experience with mobile app campaigns, in-app event tracking and an MMP such as AppsFlyer or Adjust.
Strong analytical skills and experience managing budgets against commercial performance targets.
US market experience is an advantage.
