Premises Manager

A prestigious Independent School in the London Borough of Wandsworth is seeking an experienced Premises Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance and development of its site on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to take responsibility for ensuring that the school's facilities remain safe, secure and maintained to the highest possible standards.

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of site management including planned maintenance, health and safety compliance, contractor management, site security, estates development and facilities operations.

Responsibilities will include managing maintenance schedules, overseeing site staff, coordinating contractors, monitoring budgets, conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation.

You will work closely with senior leaders to support long-term site improvement projects and ensure that facilities continue to provide an outstanding environment for teaching and learning.

The role requires excellent leadership skills, strong organisational abilities and the confidence to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
