Luxury Residential Real Estate | 4 Days Office Based
A boutique business operating in the super-prime residential property market is seeking a highly organised and tech-savvy Operations & Marketing Coordinator to join their growing team.
Working as the central point of contact for over 40 Property Advisors, you'll help keep the business running smoothly by managing CRM workflows, coordinating operational processes, supporting advisor requests and assisting with marketing activity, including content uploads, campaign administration and PR support.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 2+ years' experience in property operations, team support or business administration who enjoys improving processes and leveraging technology to drive efficiency.
We're particularly interested in candidates who are confident with CRM systems, Microsoft 365, workflow platforms such as Monday.com, and AI tools . You should be able to identify opportunities for automation, streamline processes and have a genuine interest in how emerging technologies can improve business performance.
Key requirements:
- Property sector experience, ideally residential real estate
- Strong operational and administrative skills
- Experience with CRM and workflow management systems
- Demonstrable use of AI and automation tools
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Commercially aware, proactive and solutions-focused
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team of six people and play a key role in the next phase of growth.
