• Valid proof of right-to-work visa (Biometric residence permit / EU Settlement letter / Share code)
• For EU passport - (EU Settlement letter / Share code)
• Proof of National Insurance Number (NI Card / NI Letter / P45 / P60 / Payslip within last 3 months / HMRC Letter)
• 2x Proof of address (Valid Driving License / utility bill / bank statement valid within last 3 months)
• Evidence of Name change if applicable (Deed Poll / Married or Divorce Certificate)
To prepare for your interview, please see below the information to have on the day:
• 5 Years of Employment History (Company: Emails, Addresses, Dates)
• Education History, only if attended in last 5 years (School/Uni/College Name, Dates from & to)
• Personal Reference X2, must not be related to or working for ICTS (Name, Number, Email, Address).
• CRC form must be fully completed (Name change if applicable, 6-year address history)
• ID Documents (Passport + BRP/SHARECODE if applicable, National Insurance, Proof of Address)

VACANCY – LHR - Great Career Opportunity
LOCATION - London Heathrow Airport
POSITION - Security Officer (Permanent, Full Time, 40 Hours Weekly)
HOURS OF WORK
- Shift work (Various Shift patterns)
RATE OF PAY - £14.80 per Hour Pay Increase on April 2026
Circa - £26,500
CLOSING DATE - Ongoing
KEY TASK AREAS / RESPONSIBILITIES
• Performing versatile security functions including, but not restricted to, X ray Screening, body searches, bag searches, aircraft searches, access control, document checking, aircraft guarding and passenger interviewing etc.
• Use of security industry approved systems, such as metal detectors, ETD machines, x-ray machines and hand-held tablets.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
• 5-year checkable work history.
• Full colour vision and hearing that meets our required standard.
• The physical fitness to cope with long periods of standing, sitting, bending, and walking.
• Good command of English, spoken, written and for fluent communication additional languages are always a bonus.
• Able to work under pressure and a warm, engaging personality, positive, friendly approach, customer service skills.
• Punctual, professional and attention to detail
• Willing to support operations out of LHR as and when required (upon agreement)
YOU MUST ALSO BE:
• 18 years or older to start training.
• Happy to complete our pre-employment, criminal record, and counter-terrorism checks.
• Available to complete full-time training for your first 3 weeks.
• Able to start as early as 4:15am.
