What this role is all about:

Were looking for a creative and organised individual to help deliver exciting internal events and engagement activities that bring our culture to life. Sitting within the Employee Experience team youll support the planning and execution of events such as office parties volunteering days leadership sessions and recognition programmes like our Star Awards. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating memorable experiences for employees.

Key Actions

• Assist with planning and on-the-day management of events across UK offices
• Coordinate suppliers venues and event logistics
• Draft communications for invites and updates
• Support leadership engagement sessions and reward initiatives
• Help deliver CSR projects and local activations
• Manage admin tasks including scheduling invoices and merchandise

What do you need to thrive

• Enthusiasm creativity and attention to detail
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Good Microsoft Office skills; event experience desirable
