Physics Teacher – Drive Engaging Practical Work and Academic Extension in West London – Hounslow
A nurturing and supportive secondary school in Hounslow is seeking an enthusiastic Physics Teacher with a focus on practical work and academic extension from January 2026.
- Physics Specialist required from January 2026

- Ideal for a scientist seeking high levels of technician support and opportunities for KS5 teaching.
You'll teach Science at KS3/4, with a primary focus on GCSE Combined and Triple Science Physics content. You will also contribute to the A-Level Physics teaching team. The role involves making full use of the well-resourced laboratories for effective practical work .
Experience and Qualifications
- QTS and a degree in Physics or a related scientific field
- Proven ability to teach Physics content effectively up to GCSE level
- Experience teaching A-Level Physics is desirable but not essential
- Commitment to a structured, safe , and engaging classroom environment
