Professional Nanny – Wimbledon Village (Shared Care)
Start Date: Flexible – anytime from now until June 2026
Location: Wimbledon Village, London
Salary: £22–£23 gross per hour (dependent on experience)
Hours: 4–5 days per week, 8:00am–7:15pm
(If 4 days, the day off will be Monday or Wednesday)

A warm and welcoming family based in Wimbledon Village are seeking a professional, experienced nanny to join them in a shared care role, supporting Mum with their three children: a 5-year-old boy, a 3-year-old girl, and a newborn due in June 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, proactive nanny who thrives in a busy household and enjoys working as part of a team. The role will involve a mix of shared care and sole charge, so the nanny must be comfortable taking full responsibility for all three children when required.

Key Responsibilities
Providing high-quality care for all three children, adapting to their individual needs and stages of development
Confidently managing a newborn alongside older children
Planning and engaging in age-appropriate activities, including arts and crafts, reading, and outdoor play
Supporting school/nursery routines and organising the children’s day
Encouraging participation in activities such as tennis, cricket, and other sports
Preparing nutritious meals for the children
Maintaining a tidy and organised environment for the children
Working collaboratively with Mum and supporting the smooth running of the household

Candidate Requirements
Proven experience caring for multiple children, including newborns
Confident working both in shared care and sole charge
Enthusiastic, proactive, and highly organised
A genuine team player with a kind and supportive approach
Able to “flit” between the needs of different age groups with ease
Strong communication skills with English as a native language
A driver is strongly preferred

The Ideal Candidate
This role would suit a nanny who is a true all-rounder—someone who is equally happy getting stuck into creative play, supporting early years development, and engaging older children in sports and activities. The family are looking for someone warm, flexible, and positive, who will build a strong relationship with both the children and Mum. Dad speaks Spanish, so a Spanish speaker could be of interest.
