Agile Coach
Details: Location - London
Rate - up to £750 / day Inside IR35
Duration - Initial 3 months
Hybrid - 3 days / week in the office
Start - ASAP What You'll Do Design and deliver tailored Agile training programmes for teams and senior stakeholders
Coach individuals and groups transitioning from Waterfall to Agile methodologies
Support teams moving from Kanban-style delivery to sprint-based Scrum practices
Facilitate workshops on Agile fundamentals, delivery frameworks, and best practices
Identify risks, blockers, and pitfalls commonly seen within Regulatory Reporting delivery
Promote Agile mindsets, continuous improvement, iterative working, and transparency
Work with senior stakeholders to influence change and embed long‑term Agile capabilityWhat We're Looking For Extensive experience as an Agile Coach within complex or regulated environments
Proven background delivering coaching, training, and large-scale Agile transformation
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, etc.
Experience supporting teams transitioning away from Waterfall ways of working
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to challenge constructively and drive cultural and behavioural change
