Senior AI Automation Engineer
Job Purpose
We are hiring a Senior AI Automation Engineer to design and own AI‑powered workflow systems across Argus.
You will take complex business processes and turn them into structured, reliable agentic systems using Copilot Studio, APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
You will use Copilot Studio and the Microsoft ecosystem as the primary environment, designing systems that maximise platform capabilities.
You will define how AI agents behave, how they interact with systems, and how they operate safely and reliably in production.
What will you be doing
Build Design AI agents and automation systems using Copilot Studio
Define agent behaviour, prompt strategy, grounding and tool usage
Architect workflows that combine AI reasoning with deterministic logic
Ensure systems are reliable, secure and production ready
Set standards for testing, monitoring and continuous improvement
Mentor an AI Automation Engineer and guide implementation work
Skills and Experience
Essential
We are looking for someone who can design and operate real AI systems, not just build flows.
Experience building AI assistants, agents or LLM‑based systems
Strong understanding of APIs and enterprise system integration
Experience taking AI solutions into production (reliability, monitoring, iteration)
Ability to translate complex workflows into structured systems
Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills
Desirable
Copilot Studio or similar agent platforms
Experience with AI orchestration, prompt design or RAG systems
Background in enterprise or internal workflow platforms
This is a systems design and ownership role focused on AI agents and workflow architecture.
You will work with an engineer who builds the underlying automations.
