A highly regarded Outstanding primary school in Hounslow is seeking a dedicated EYFS Teacher to join their permanent staff team from January 2026.

Why This Role?

This is a chance to be part of a nurturing, child-centred environment where every pupil is given the tools to flourish. You’ll have the opportunity to make a tangible difference for children at the earliest stages of their learning journey, especially those with additional needs who require patience, creativity, and tailored support.

  • A strong culture of inclusion and care: pupils’ individual strengths and challenges are celebrated and supported.
  • A leadership team committed to staff well-being and ongoing professional development.
  • Modern EYFS facilities designed to encourage exploration, independence, and play-based learning.

The Role in a Nutshell

  • Lead a Reception or Nursery class, ensuring every child feels valued and inspired.
  • Plan and deliver exciting, creative lessons that foster curiosity and early skills.
  • Adapt teaching to meet the needs of children with SEN, working closely with the SENCo and support staff.
  • Build strong relationships with families to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
  • Contribute positively to the wider school community.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and proven experience teaching in EYFS.
  • Strong background in supporting children with SEN, with the ability to differentiate and personalise learning effectively.
  • A warm, approachable, and resilient teacher who can balance care with high expectations.
  • Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and shares the school’s commitment to inclusion and excellence.

What’s on Offer

  • A permanent, full-time position in an Outstanding school.
  • Ongoing CPD and clear career progression pathways.
  • A welcoming, highly supportive team of colleagues.
  • The chance to work in a setting where early years provision is truly valued and resourced.
