1:1 Qualified Tutor Needed in Dagenham

Protocol Education is currently seeking a Qualified Tutor to provide 1:1 support within a supportive school setting in Dagenham. This role is ideal for a qualified teacher or experienced tutor who is passionate about helping pupils build confidence and make progress through personalised learning. The Role As a 1:1 Tutor, you will: Deliver targeted, personalised lessons to support individual learning needs Adapt teaching strategies to support pupils who may require additional academic or emotional support Work closely with school staff to monitor progress and adjust learning plans Help build confidence, engagement, and independence in learning Support core subjects such as English and Maths (depending on pupil needs) Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting Strong understanding of differentiated learning approaches Patient, supportive, and adaptable teaching style Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) Why Work with Protocol Education?
