About the role
We are seeking a proactive, organised professional to join the King’s Digital Operations team, with a dedicated focus on supporting the effective delivery of Teach-out and Transition activity across several online programmes. You will act as a central point of contact for Teach-out and Transition enquiries, ensuring consistent, accurate information is shared across King’s and with external stakeholders.
The role is varied and unique, offering an opportunity for an initiative-taking individual to lead on operational delivery, whilst working closely with the Digital Curriculum Manager and Digital Curriculum Portfolio Manager to achieve departmental objectives.
No two days are the same as the King’s Digital team grows to increase our capacity for delivering high-quality online programmes, helping to maintain and extend King’s position as the UK market leader in online education. We pride ourselves on having a thriving staff community and hope the successful candidate will feel encouraged to engage in any activities that interest them.
The ideal candidate will excel at engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, enjoy project planning and implementing consistent processes, and have a passion for enhancing online education delivery. Experience or familiarity with project management and coordination within a Higher Education environment would be highly advantageous.
This is a full-time post (35 hours per week), and you will be offered a fixed-term contract for six months from the date of appointment. There is the opportunity to work in a hybrid capacity for part of the week, with Tuesday as the mandatory team office day.
We welcome enquiries from current King’s employees interested in a secondment opportunity.
