The Role
• Teach Drama across Years 7–13, including GCSE and A Level.
• Direct and support school productions, performances, and drama clubs.
• Develop schemes of work that encourage creativity, confidence, and self-expression.
• Work closely with colleagues across the arts and wider school community.
Requirements
• QTS and a degree in Drama or Performing Arts.
• Experience directing or supporting theatre productions.
• Strong enthusiasm for developing students’ performing arts skills.
