Executive Assistant / PA to Directors

Are you an experienced EA ready to take on a dynamic, multi-faceted role supporting a team of senior leaders?

We're looking for someone senior-level exec support experience, ideally across multiple stakeholders, to join a fast-paced, multi-site organisation based in West London. This is mainly a site-based role (5 days/week) with some flexibility to work from home once established.

What you'll be doing:

* Supporting the Managing Director and five other Directors with diary management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and adhoc projects.

* Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

* Organising events, preparing reports and presentations, and managing communications.

* Occasionally coordinating with other sites and assisting with wider business initiatives.

* A tech-savvy, proactive individual with excellent communication and organisational skills.

* Someone with solid EA experience, who thrives in a busy environment and can juggle multiple priorities with ease.

* A confident, approachable professional who enjoys being part of a collaborative team.
