About the Role

As School Business Manager , you will provide strategic and operational leadership across finance, premises and wider school operations. Responsibilities typically include:

• Budgeting, forecasting, monitoring spend and reporting

• Procurement and contract management to ensure value for money

• Overseeing office systems and operational efficiency

• Supporting HR administration processes and staffing structures

• Managing premises, health & safety and compliance

• Ensuring policies, procedures and records are up to date and audit-ready

• Line managing support staff and maintaining high service standards
