Our analysts are deeply embedded into the business and will interact with individuals at every level, from managers to our leadership team. The role We’re looking for a Product Analyst to join our Joint Current Account team. You will be joining the team as they launch a new product that is fundamental to the bank’s future growth ambitions. We operate like a startup within the wider bank; we’re obsessive about our mission to build a powerfully simple to use and feature-rich everyday account that customers will love. As a Product Analyst, you will develop a detailed understanding of who our customers are and how they use the account, guiding product development towards innovative features and experiences and owning customer outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who wants to work in a fast-paced environment where you can have an outsized impact in the early stages of a new product. With so many decisions to inform, quick high conviction directional insights will sometimes be more valuable than achieving 100% precision with every analysis.Recommended Jobs
