A reputable Saudi family based in the prestigious area of Sloane Gardens, Chelsea, London, is seeking a professional Laundress to join their household. This family is known for their informal and welcoming environment, complemented by a team of highly skilled household staff members. The family has teenage children and values high standards in the care of their home and wardrobe. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional Laundress with experience in UHNW households, particularly someone who excels at caring for expensive, delicate fabrics.

In this role, you will be responsible for washing and ironing very expensive laundry and managing the family’s wardrobes. Your work will be essential in maintaining the pristine condition of their fine clothes, ensuring that every item is carefully cleaned and cared for. As the housekeeper and nanny will manage the cleaning and childcare, your primary focus will be on laundry and wardrobe management. Your experience in high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth households will be highly valued. A key requirement is a meticulous approach to delicate fabrics and ensuring every garment is handled with the utmost care. There will also be occasional interaction with the family and their household team to ensure the highest level of service.

Main duties of the Full-Time Laundress :

• Washing and ironing high-end delicate fabrics.
• Wardrobe management.
• Ensuring garments are kept in pristine condition.
• General laundry duties, including folding and ironing.
• Occasionally working alongside the family’s household team, including housekeeper and nanny, for various household tasks.
• Handling clothing items with care and attention to detail, particularly expensive and delicate fabrics.
• Occasional running of errands as required.

Requirements for this Full-Time Laundress job:

• Three or more years of private laundress experience
• Two excellent checkable references
• Conversational English
• UK working permit
