Making a positive difference to our client’s lives is our passion and it’s this that sets us apart.
Everyday you will...
- Lead and manage the clinical operations of TCS Complex, including direct line management of the Head of Clinical Service and oversight of all regulated activities and day-to-day care delivery.
- Provide strategic clinical leadership, fostering a positive, inclusive culture while guiding the team through innovation, performance improvement, and adoption of new technologies.
- Ensure compliance and quality across all clinical services, monitoring adherence to CQC domains, national legislation, and internal standards, while supporting incident and complaint resolution.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align clinical excellence with commercial goals, contributing to long-term strategic planning and supporting the delivery of our 5-year growth plan.
- Represent the organisation externally, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring our services reflect evolving national health and social care strategies.
