Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant: Your Role

As a Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Support teachers in delivering engaging and challenging lessons across your subject area
• Provide 1:1 and small group intervention sessions to help students master complex concepts and improve their understanding
• Assist with practical experiments, lab work, and demonstrations, ensuring a safe and exciting learning experience
• Help with lesson planning, resource preparation, and classroom organisation

Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant: Candidate Specification

KPi Education are seeking a Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant who matches the following criteria:

• Holds a 2:1 or above in a STEM subject (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) from a top university (Russell Group desirable)
• Has strong academic credentials in STEM at A-Level and GCSE
• Is passionate about education and helping students reach their full potential
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Is proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn in a fast-paced school environment
