Full Time - Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week (8.30am-5.30pm OR 9am-6pm - subject to change)

At Spacemade, we’re building a new kind of coworking experience - hospitality-led, community-driven, and designed to help people thrive. With 15+ locations and ambitious plans for rapid expansion, we’re looking for an experienced multi-site leader to join us as a Senior Community Manager.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of a cluster of buildings, leading your Community Managers and Associates to deliver brilliant member experiences, strong commercial results, and operational excellence. Reporting to the Head of Community, you’ll be both a hands-on presence at your primary site and a strategic leader across your wider region.
You will be:
- A proven multi-site operator , with experience leading teams and driving performance across multiple locations.
- Commercially focused — confident managing occupancy, member retention, and site-level P&Ls.
- A natural leader who builds trust, develops people, and gets the best out of individuals and teams.
- Proven experience in coworking or managed offices is essential, with additional background in hospitality, leisure, or retail a strong advantage.
- Confident in managing senior stakeholders, from landlords to leadership, with clear communication and influence.
Your focus:
- Lead and develop your team → Line manage Community Managers and Associates, driving performance, engagement, and professional growth.
- Deliver commercial results → Oversee occupancy, member retention, and revenue performance across your sites.
- Ensure consistency and excellence → Maintain high standards of member experience, hospitality, and operational delivery across your cluster.
- Be the point of escalation → Resolve challenges quickly, supporting your team to deliver solutions that balance member experience with business outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally → Partner with HQ teams (Revenue, Marketing, People, Projects & Facilities) to align strategy and execution.
- Represent Spacemade → Build strong relationships with landlords, members, and local partners, ensuring your sites embody our brand values and standards.

Skills & Knowledge:
- Extensive experience managing multi-site operations in coworking or managed offices (required), with wider exposure to hospitality, leisure, or retail highly valued.
Proven success driving occupancy, retention, and revenue performance .
Strong track record in line management , coaching, and developing teams.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Commercial acumen, able to connect operational delivery to business outcomes.
Confident communicator, skilled in managing both internal and external stakeholders.
