Finance Manager
LEGO Digital Play (LDP) exists to create meaningful, creative, and joyful digital play experiences for future generations. As a newly established, first‑party digital entertainment entity, we’re pushing beyond today’s boundaries of LEGO digital engagement and building an entirely new ecosystem of playful, safe, and innovative experiences. We’re early in the journey - which means extraordinary opportunities to shape how we build, how we operate, and how we bring our vision to life.
We’re hiring our first Finance Manager - a foundational role responsible for supporting and helping run the operational engine of Finance. You will support and facilitate the planning cadence, financial execution, KPI discipline, and cross‑functional partnership that enable strong strategic and operational decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
Support the financial rhythm of the business
Support and facilitate the monthly financial performance review cycle, helping surface trend breaks, leading indicators, and forward‑looking risks & opportunities.
Coordinate the core financial operating cadence across long‑range planning, annual plans, quarterly updates, and monthly forecasts.
Partner with Accounting to support an efficient, accurate month‑end close.
Co‑own KPI hygiene and performance insights
Co‑own, with the VP Finance, a clear KPI framework across revenue, cost, margin, efficiency, and product‑health signals.
Build clean, consistent, executive‑ready performance packs with insights that drive decisions.
Maintain KPI hygiene and ensure leading indicators are surfaced early.
Partner where the work happens
Serve as a first‑line finance partner to Product/Studios, Marketing/Growth, Operations, and cross‑functional workstreams.
Translate plans into numbers, frame trade‑offs, and support teams with structured, actionable financial guidance.
Bring UA/ROI literacy - tracking growth efficiency, monitoring LTV/CAC dynamics, and supporting smarter investment allocation.
Support investment cases & post‑investment reviews
Partner with Strategy and Ops teams to support the preparation of business cases for content, features, and go‑to‑market initiatives using driver‑based models and scenario analysis.
Support post‑investment reviews to measure outcomes, extract learnings, and sharpen future proposals.
