IBA Account Handler – Leading Global Lloyd’s Broker
Join a leading global Lloyd’s Broker renowned for its expertise, collaborative culture, and commitment to excellence in client service. Our client are looking for an experienced IBA Account Handler to manage a diverse portfolio of client accounts within their London operations.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate financial management across client ledgers — including cash allocation, credit control, payments, and reporting — while building strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in IBA account handling or a similar finance role within the insurance or Lloyd’s market
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing client accounts
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Global XB advantageous
