About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee and deliver mechanical services projects across London. This pivotal role involves managing the full project lifecycle—from initial design through to completion—while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Manage multiple mechanical services projects simultaneously, ensuring effective coordination and communication among all stakeholders.
Budget & Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules, monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Team Collaboration: Lead and motivate project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to achieve project objectives.
Client Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects adhere to relevant regulations, standards, and quality assurance procedures.

About You

Experience: Proven track record in mechanical project management within the construction or building services sector.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of mechanical systems, HVAC, and MEP services.
Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or project management (e.g., HNC/HND, degree, or equivalent).
Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Certifications: Valid CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications are advantageous.
