Role
* Reporting to the Commercial Director
* Full responsibility for all commercial aspects of projects (£2m–£20m)
* Liaising with design teams and Tier 1 contractors
* Working closely with operations to ensure successful delivery
Person specification
* Extensive experience in Façades and Building Envelope
* Strong cost management and negotiation skills
* Proven track record with reputable subcontractors
* Ambitious and keen to progress your career
