This lovely family based in Balham, London, is seeking an After-school Nanny to care for their baby and toddler. The role involves all general nanny duties. They are looking for a warm, caring, and loving nanny who is reliable, punctual, and fully committed, someone who consistently arrives on time, avoids last-minute cancellations, and brings a positive, no-nonsense attitude. The ideal candidate will provide nurturing care while creating a stable, trusting, and supportive environment for the children. Responsibilities will also include preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks, including batch cooking. A valid first-aid qualification is required for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday ( 1 hour in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon) from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, can be afternoon only for 10 hours per week
Duties include:
- School pick-ups and taking the children to and from after-school activities, playdates, or appointments.
- Bathing the children, maintaining proper hygiene, and supporting bedtime routines.
- Engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as park visits.
- Providing homework assistance and supporting the children’s educational development.
- Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks, including batch cooking when needed.
- Managing children-related housekeeping, including laundry, organisation, and keeping bedrooms and play areas clean and tidy.
