Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a variety of primary year groups
• Follow school policies, lesson plans, and behaviour expectations
• Maintain a positive and safe learning environment for all pupils
• Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and pupil needs
• Support pupils’ learning and wellbeing throughout the day
• Manage behaviour confidently and promote positive relationships
• Ensure safeguarding and school procedures are adhered to at all times
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Strong classroom management skills and a flexible, proactive approach
• Confidence teaching across EYFS, KS1, and/or KS2
• Ability to build quick, positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Reliable, organised, and able to adapt to new school environments
• A commitment to supporting pupils’ learning and promoting a positive school experience

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
