Quant Capital is urgently looking for a Senior WRAP Business Analyst to join our high profile client.

Our client is well known in the WRAP and SIPP market.

You will provide quality business input on both internal and external client projects. The role requires the business analyst to apply their strong operational knowledge to the design, development and delivery of global wealth management software solutions.

The WRAP Business Analyst will:

·Applying a thorough and methodical approach to research and analysis to achieve a comprehensive and objective understanding of requirements, problems and opportunities.

·Identifying and documenting potential solutions considering all available information and constraints.

·Recommending and managing implementation of end to end solutions for all aspects of retirement and WRAP product lifecycle.

·Ability to analyse and optimise processes.

·Ability to analyse requirements, design and implement effective control framework for target operating model.

·Inputting into test strategy and support creation of test data and scripts.

·Identifying and liaising with project / task stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

·Producing project and communication documents / reports in a professional manner.

·Adhering to relevant methodologies and standards to meet the needs of a fast-paced changing business.

·Ability to interact with B2B partners in the lead analysis role to develop and implement multi-product, multi-channel WRAP platform-based solutions.

Business Analysts must have:

§A minimum of 3 years financial business analysis experience in Pensions, Life Insurance, WRAP’s or Wealth Management eg ISA Platforms or Financial Software

§Proven practical problem solving and analysis experience.

§Significant experience working in a structured project-based environment within a diverse range of business teams, with comparable experience in a Lead management or supervision role.

§Structured analysis methodology

§Lean six sigma or equivalent for process optimisation

§Package implementation experience

§Self-motivation and a track record of working to a high personal and professional standard

§Ability to run multiple parallel activities

§Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to influence at all levels

§Experience of working on a large programme of business change

§Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

§Awareness of risk management

§Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

§Exposure to different Business Analysis techniques and processes

As this is a niche sector expect a serious package as well as the autonomy to create new and unique solutions and the ear of the CTO and CEO of a global firm.
