Associate Program Manager III (flexible EU location)

In this role, you will serve as a senior individual contributor in the Scientific and Medical Affairs Advisory Group and will be primarily responsible for creating high-quality program materials and customer deliverables. As the Associate Program Manager, you will help make Life Science organizations more effective, particularly in complex specialty markets, while giving products the strategic support they require. You will:

  • Build positive working relationships with customers, consulting staff, managers, leadership, and internal support teams.
  • Partner with the customer in establishing a vision for the program/portfolio initiative as well as the supporting the team and their potential.
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills through proactive management of individual project responsibilities and workload to ensure objectives, milestones, and timelines are met efficiently and effectively. Must be able to quickly adapt to changing priorities to achieve goals and targets.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to project managers on overall delivery approach.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with medical affairs, medical and integrated evidence plans
  • Strong business acumen, ability to manage projects, excellent communication skills, strong presentation, and meeting facilitation ability

Desired Responsibilities:

  • Graduate degree in business or life sciences
  • Pharma or biotech industry experience
