We are looking to appoint a motivated and confident Year 3 Teacher to join a well-regarded primary school in Richmond, starting as soon as possible. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with pupils at the beginning of Key Stage 2, supporting them as they develop independence, resilience, and a deeper understanding of core subjects.
Year 3 is a vital transition year, and the school is seeking a teacher who understands the importance of maintaining a nurturing approach while introducing greater structure and academic challenge. Your Role in the School
As the Year 3 Teacher, you will take full responsibility for your class, planning and delivering lessons across the curriculum while adapting teaching to meet the needs of all learners. You will work closely with teaching assistants and fellow KS2 teachers to ensure consistency and progression across the phase.
You will also play a key role in supporting pupils’ social and emotional development, helping them build confidence, independence, and positive learning behaviours.
