This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with pupils at the beginning of Key Stage 2, supporting them as they develop independence, resilience, and a deeper understanding of core subjects.
Year 3 is a vital transition year, and the school is seeking a teacher who understands the importance of maintaining a nurturing approach while introducing greater structure and academic challenge. You will work closely with teaching assistants and fellow KS2 teachers to ensure consistency and progression across the phase.
You will also play a key role in supporting pupils’ social and emotional development, helping them build confidence, independence, and positive learning behaviours.

Willing to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
Early Career Teachers are welcome to apply and will receive mentoring and guidance to support their development.
