Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope
Literary Analysis: Instructing English Language and Literature across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE) only.
Communication Skills: Developing students' ability to construct sophisticated written and verbal arguments.
Mentorship: Working with a veteran Head of English to refine your marking, feedback, and high-impact lesson delivery.
Compensation & Benefits
Essential Requirements: Hold QTS. Relevant Degree in English Literature.
Salary: Paid on the Teachers' Pay Scale with Inner London weighting.
